xTalk / Livecode game - wordsearch generator

Also, along the topic of xTalk fun and games - this might be useful to someone.
Here's my go at a wordsearch generator in OpenXTalk / Livecode.

Livecode stack here:
https://www.tsites.co.uk/sites/software ... rch-dev.7z

Linux standalone here:
https://www.tsites.co.uk/sites/software ... h-linux.7z

I've tested it on Mac OS, and while it does function, the performance is what I'd call "sub-optimal".
If anyone has any improvements to make, that would be good. I post the project here, in the hope that it's at least useful to someone.

I could upload a whole slew of simple program stacks to get people started,
BUT I WON'T as there is nothing here to run them with.

There is NOTHING to attract people here either.

AND until there are executables for M, W & L available the whole thing is a load of bollocks.

I wouldn't say that - I mean, it's not all a load of BS.
I wholehearedly agree that it's a huge shame that we don't have anything as far as pre-compiled versions for people to work with.
But having some examples of what people can make might possibly get more people interested?

The only problem is how potentially interested people would find these examples: what sort of search terms would
they use in a search engine?

How would people who did find these forums try out those stacks: after all, we DON'T want to link them to LiveCode.

They could find the stacks by looking in the xtalk fun and games topic, and they can try them out with the links I've posted (as the stacks are also available along with builds). I have no plans to delete them, after all so they'll stay until someone says otherwise.

I just thought it'd be a helpful contribution - something to add to these forums as there hasn't been much posted to the xtalk fun and games category.
No offence meant, but just something new for visitors to try out as not much has changed on here for a while.
