UNIX ?

RISCOS ?

Pre MacOS 10.9 versions of Mac OS?

All Linux variants?

Symbian ?

"Full Stack App Development

"LiveCode enables full stack development"

This is a meaningless phrase; all it says is that you can develop everything you can develop with LiveCode using LiveCode.

I'd be happy with an IDE that runs 9.x Linux on the RPi / ARM... and maybe BSD UNIX too.

That's likely doable, using some JS app engine like Electron, and "HTML5 Standalone" or maybe even an alternative xTalk interpreter(s) that run on JS could be bundled up. into an app package the way apps like the code editor Atom do.
