Feature Intention: File->New Stack->Stacks Templates

While looking at the Home and revMenuBar (which I added a command key combination to) I was thinking it word be great to add something like:
Feature Intention: File->New Stack->Stacks Templates
So this would be templates of partially made stacks for certain things
For example, I've frequently used the IDE to make quick GUIs for various command line tools I've used (I hate typing), so it would be nice to have a setup stack that already has fields set up for command line input, a button to pass that to shell(tMyShellCardFeildText) and a field for output result. There's already sort of protocol templates for different iPhone Screen Sizes but they're just blank stacks. At very least I'd like to add a File->New Stack->Custom Size... option to that menu (which should be really easy to do).
