Updated the Plugin Editor Stack

This is a modification to the Plugin Editor stack.
-- It replaces the livecode references with OXT (and OpenXTalk in the tooltips)

For anyone wanting to download these changes, you can use the individual stack file posted here, and replace your copy.

[Mac:] right-click app icon, "show package contents" > Contents/Tools/Toolset/palettes/
[linux:] '/opt/livecode/livecodecommunity/Toolset/palettes/'
