Yeah, Well, it was all very well for Queen Christina of Sweden to have an operation to restore her virginity (mainly because she regretted "learning Philosophy" with Rene Descartes), but I don't have a system that has not already been 'fertilised" by LiveCode that I can afford to return to a pristine state.

Poking around I see that the retro version is derived from a pre-.livecodescript version of LC: so the revMenuBar file is JUST a stack, so, should (in theory: prepare for hollow, horror-film style laugh) be relatively easy to muck about with.

Yeah, it's not inter-operable. You need to treat it as a separate beast from anything based on LCC9.x.x
