Paul... could you explain what the relabeling process involve.

When you first wrote about it, I thought it involved going into libraries and making search and replace.

It appears that there is more to it.

Could you please elaborate?

I think Paul was also relabelling file endings from .rev and .livecode to .oxt, and the making sure all the components connected together with those file endings.
