Feature restoration request

Here's a Polygon Graphic I ran up in RevMedia 4 for all those people who
find it a pain in the bum that in later recensions of RunRev/LC a new
polygon graphic is invisible.
It should NOT need to be here as that 'oversight' with invisible polygon graphics coud have been
sorted out years ago.

Would it be possible to restore this in OXT?
