You'll find that included in the same zip file.
At least, What's included is what's available on the LC site, but the original PDF took way too many MB so I resaved it when I included it.

This thought crossed my mind before, and I've had that same feeling about several other open source things that could be included, in particular there's an excellent PDF creation library available too.

Oh well we might not be able to sign the open source agreement or whatever it was, since
their website and forum appears to be down, but the downloads subdomain still works:

I think it was uploaded to GitHub repo by someone at one point.
